I did as well. I'm at 165 and 130 AMIs, and will only take a one bedroom. I read that the studios are only 370 square feet!

I applied as well. I fall in the 130% and 165% bracket, and hope to be in the 130% bracket as 165% is a bit steep for me.
I would love to have the view of the water. A girl can dream :-)

I did too. Been checking everyday hoping to see log #'s. It says they're trying to get people moved in Sept-April 2021. Hopefully it'll be up soon.

Where'd you read that? That's disappointing - could afford a 130 band one bedroom but am in the not 165 band (would be too expensive anyway) but could do both 130 and 165 studios.

I am right there with you. I need a 3 bedroom which in the 130% is 2,618 but in the 165% is 3,432 way too much money .
How many bedrooms do you need? I also have ME preference, but I have not read any comments about people getting selected on that category.

I read that too in an article. COO has not been filed yet.

Don't be fooled by the pictures: Take a look at the square footage:

Hm. Well, since this seems to be a blanket listing for the lottery and not an actual listing, perhaps there are different layouts and the actual square footage is different. Wishfully thinking.

I thought newly built studios had to be at least 400 sq. ft. anyway, otherwise they'd have to be called micro apartments. I could be wrong on that though.
