Anyone have contact info for Esplanade Gardens? I have a low log number but never received any mail from them. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing this information. For those who return the completed application on time and they're put on the waiting list in the order they were selected (in the 400s), is there any idea how long the waiting list will be? Months? Years?

I'm wondering the same thing. My log # is in the low teens.

Unless you're a veteran, years and years. You are literally waiting for people to die. Don't make any short-term plans around living there.

Will my lottery log number be converted to a different number that is part of the overall waiting list?

I think that's usually what happens but I don't know if they're all run the same way. But you'll go to the end of the existing list for sure.

Thanks for sharing the process. The way the notice worded it, stating that "there are 250 1-bedroom apartments available and 500 2-bedroom apartments available," it made me think that they were actually vacant.

My Log Number from the recent one bedroom lottery was in the teens. But, the website says they are up to #541 on the waiting list. So, how does this work?

They are most likely nearing the end of their current (pre-lottery) list. And then when it resets to zero, it should be quick for you all things considered.

You could call and see how many numbers the original list goes up to (e.g. 600, 700, etc.).
