Congratulations. Many buildings will send out a batch of letters when one unit is vacant. The lowest qualified log# in the batch that accepts the unit gets it. Proceed with optimism. If you don’t like living there you are allowed to leave, and you sell back your shares. Price and maintenance seem to be very low. It could be worth tolerating living there even if you’re not entirely satisfied because it could save you a lot of money over the years. I believe there is parking too.
