Hi!
Has anyone been contacted yet? Are they currently focusing on preferences first?

Hi @tekhead. Do you have a preference? If you don't mind, what is your log number?

I was shown the apartment and it was very nice, great amenities nice view and area but only 525 sq feet and only one closet decided to let it go. Good Luck @BoyMom02!

I believe it matters on what you qualify for and what type of units they have available for the housing lottery. I was hoping for a two BR for one of the past lotteries but it was a one BR and I mentioned my experience on a post a while back. Someone on here said they don’t give couples 2 BR apartments. They were wrong, we ended up getting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. Good luck with your process!!!

Anybody currently going through the process? I was contacted and I submitted all my paperwork 2 weeks ago. They said I should be invited to view the apartment this week the latest - still waiting to hear back. Log 2xxx. No preference.

Hi all! I was showed a studio and a one bedroom but I noticed that they removed the washer and dryer. They said I can buy my own washer and dryer and hook them up. Is this something they can do? I looked at their "regular" listings on Streeteasy and the washer and dryer are included in the apartment. I just want to make sure they can get away with this. Should i file a complaint with HPD? Appreciate any insight!
