I initially got called in late October log #7xx, I rejected the apartments because of size. They came back to me in January offering 3 months free, I went to go look at it again. Still wasn't convinced. The agent refused to show me any decent options. I emailed the agent when I got home to send me floor plans and eventually was able to pick something that works
Went to see the 1 & 2 bedrooms today. I couldn’t believe how small they were. There is barely a living/dining room area. I don’t even think a full bed can fit in any of the rooms. In one of the 2 bedroom apartments, one bedroom had no closet. They try to make up for the lack of space with the amenities. I mean the amenities are nice but...

Most of the units in these lotteries are so small with little closet space in the whole apt. Then they wonder why people turn them down? They're too much for too little space. If I can't fit the stuff that I already have it's a no.
Exactly, I agree with you starapplez. Sometimes they don't show you the best options either. I went a few months ago when I first got selected and the super was nice and showed me all the options. Then I went again after they offered me concessions and the agent refused to show me good options even though I knew they existed. I went home and asked the agency to send me floor plans "the largest available" and that's how I was able to get something suitable. Don't be afraid to ask for more especially given Covid, it's a renters market
I went to see a unit at this development today. The young lady was polite. She warned me prior to viewing the one bedroom apartments that they were really small. There was one particular unit where the living room and the kitchen were so blended that I could not tell where I would be able to place a couch. To be priced at such an expensive rate, I don't think it is worth the price. I declined it.
My log # 4,xxx with no preference. Good Luck to all
