I'm residing in a NY Lottery Apt. Last year, when I was being considered i provided a Gift contribution letter and unemployment statement. This year I'm working. Thank God. Anyway, I was called for recertification and informed the person that was making the contribution must submit a signed notarized document stating they no longer giving me a gift contribution. I lost all contact with that person! We had a very bad falling out. The org overseeing the recertification told me if I don't get the letter there will be an issue. What are my options here?
