I have a quick question!

So say I have log number 345 and another person has log number 325 and we're both asked to submit documents and have the same due date. If I submit my documents first do I have a better chance of getting the unit or does it not matter when i submit documents as long as it's before the due date?

The person with the lower log number will be processed first, as long as he or she made the deadline.

Hi! I have a non related question.
I was asked for documents for further processing, one of these being a copy of my lease and a letter from a house mate. I am subletting and my housemate refuses to provide me with the lease copy (one reason for me wanting to leave)

What can I do? Is there another way to prove my address? I pay for the internet and have statements.

You can ask the agent if you can substitute anything for the lease and the letter from the leaseholder.

I know a lot of the rules have been relaxed in recent years. The goal of the program is to get people into housing, not to keep them out (within reason).
