Has anyone been contacted for this building yet? Ive been asked to submit documents oct 27th and havent heard back from them yet. They are with Reside NY and my Log number is 12xx with CB preference with 5 of the 13 apartments in my income bracket and my nerves are badddd

I applied on 9/14 no preference, lottery ended on 10/2, they seem to be moving pretty fast. My status indicating "application received" instead of lottery application submitted. Good Luck to you!! Hopefully, we both get approved!!

My status says “under review” they requested documents and its been a month now since ive heard anything. Thank you good luck to you also. Im praying we get approved its a very beautiful building
Ive seen these same videos on that guys page lol the apartments are so nice but small honestly i just wanna get my foot in the door. I called today and they asked me to send in documents to they email and gave me the 6-8 week thing i just hope i get it keeping my fingers crossed
