Hey!

I'm unable to see my log number for previous buildings I've applied for on the Housing Connect 2 site. I am, however, seeing an "Application #" under the "My Lottery Applications" section. Are the application # and the log number the same thing on this new site? Thanks!

We’ve been asking the same questions and have determined that no one will know their log numbers until they are asked to submit documents. I have written housing connect about it but they answered as if I was inquiring about the old lottery site.

Yes same thing stormgal said. From looking at a lot of new post on here, it looks like we will only know if we have a chance if we are emailed and the email will stated the application number as well as the log number. So it’s just a matter of the waiting game lol. Looks like they are still trying to figure out how to let each person know what their log number is and associate it with there application number.

I emailed them about this earlier this week actually and this was their response

“ We’ve raised this concern to our tech team and the log numbers will be visible by next month. “

So fingers crossed that we are actually able to see it next month

Oh wow that’s interesting to hear. Will they email us the log numbers or will it be posted on the website? I’m asking because I’ve never used the old housing connect website and I’m still new to all the lottery process and the length of time it takes to hear anything. I’m learning to just apply by the deadlines and forget all about it lol. The wait can drive me crazy but hey it’s a lottery after all

That's funny because they sent the same reply today....
"In the new Housing Connect, we are still working on getting log numbers up to a place where applicants can see them, hopefully later this month."

Yepp, I've followed up a couple times and gotten the same canned response. It's so annoying, I'd rather have the old website and at least know my # lol
