Hi,
I'm starting a new thread because the other Carolina thread is so massive I can't parse through it. If you live there, I have a couple of questions for you

1. Quiet. How quiet is it in your apartment? My job requires me to record voice over, and while I have a recording booth, I was wondering how often you can hear your neighbors (right now where I live, my downstairs neighbor insists on blasting his subwoofer at all hours, which is another reason I would be happy to move elsewhere!). How bad is the street noise/MetroNorth?

2. Pests. Obviously they're everywhere, but it seems like some apartment buildings are predisposed. Have you noticed pests since you've been there?

3. Gym. I saw in the ad there's a fitness center there. Have you had the chance to use it? Does it have enough space for a building of this size?

Thanks so much!!

Default other thread

Hi,
I browsed over the other thread. I agree, it's massive. but I did see mixed reviews regarding living conditions. Some complained about loud noise. Neighbors blasting music until 7am, loud fights, some alleged mail theft in the building...and others said their part of the building is quiet.
Hope this helps.
I got my notification to submit my documents late last month. Let's see what happens.
