Hi,

I was wondering if anyone received an interview/email recently from this apartment. I'm not familiar with the lottery process. I applied almost a year ago, the same hour it launched on the lottery site and my log number is 23xxx I know this number is high. I am curious if anyone was already chosen for this or received an interview

Thanks

My number was 20xxx and I never heard anything. Even if you have preferences, with such a high number and so few unit I wouldn't even expect an ineligibility notice let alone to be contacted on this one.

My number was 82xx (no preference) for this and I have never heard a thing - I would think you needed a very low number to score in this one.

Got emailed for documents to here (log is in a previous msg.). Was actually the second notice, missed the first one. If I hadn't just committed to another apartment I would have definitely submitted, even though it is almost $200 more than my present apartment and over $300 more than my new one, not to mention amenities don't seem to be included in the rent here. Seems like only two 130 AMI studios are left. My email did not mention any concessions, although that doesn't mean they aren't being offered - they didn't tell me I got a month free on my new one til I got the lease!

Sheesh, I sign a lease for a new place and then suddenly I get called for a zillion apartments, lol.

The border between the EV and LES is ”very very gritty and bad?” Man. I do not understand of some of y'all's bases for comparison. Maybe 30 years ago.

I know, right? Sometimes I think the people making such comments haven't been to the areas in question in 30 years.
