Hey wanted to ask if I’m the only person who has been having trouble trying to apply to apartments on the site. I was trying to update my information on my phone but wasn’t able to. Assumed it was my phone and tried to do it using my notebook after I couldn’t use my tablet. I hate this new site. Because nowadays its glitchy as hell. You click on an option and never move from the welcome screen. How are we the people suppose to apply for anything like this? They should’ve kept the original site where folks were actually able to apply and get through

This should be in the lottery subgroup. Maybe a mod can move it.

Now you're here.

People here have been complaining about the new site. That it doesn't show you your log number is the worst fault. Then, it goes ahead and submits your information to lotteries, even though you don't qualify.

Just read through the site and you'll see the other threads.

The site has been glitchy for me as well. It takes very long to load pages, it takes very long to save changes to my profile, and it lists only apartments for which I am not eligible due to my income. The old site was much better.

I think overall the entire system is going through some major faults. I keep getting double notification emails of the same newly posted lotteries as a
Well as all the problems listed in the above post too. So much for being faster and easier. Well in due time things will get better on the site hopefully. It’s still hasn’t even been a year since it launched.

It's awful all-around. It takes an inordinate amount of time to update simple things that you shouldn't have to wade through 3 or 4 preliminary screens to get to. You can't sort lotteries in any meaningful way, or exclude ones you've already looked at. Most of the time the photos don't load. It's as though whoever is developing the site has never applied for a housing lottery before.
