108 applicants will be selected through a lottery to lease rent stabilized units that are rent restricted. The lottery is run in cooperation with Brookfield Properties, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and the non-profit Settlement Housing Fund, Inc.

The Blue Slip buildings all look nice, but $2500 for a 130% 1-bed is nuts.

These lottery prices are higher than market rate units now. It's ridiculous, especially considering the current pandemic climate.

Yeah, the base rent is way high for the bracket, so this would be a no go for me as well (if I wasn't already moving). I am sure though that as long as current conditions continue they'll be throwing in some free months as every place else emailing me is offering them.
