I was just recently approved by HPD. They take anywhere from 3-5 business days to approve less if it’s an easy file maybe more if they have questions or a document is missing.

My file was submitted on Thursday morning 3/4 and got the call early on Monday 3/8 that I was approved, so for me it took 2 business days.

My lease signing is with the building’s leasing company/property manager tomorrow and all I need to bring is two certified checks for 1month’s security deposit and 1st month’s rent.

Thank you! The leasing agent didn't mention to bring any ID in the email but I always carry my driver's license with me anyways. Plus Him and I already met when I went to see the apartment last week so maybe that's why ID wasn't mentioned.

Every one has a different experience. I’m still waiting for hpd approval. Management hasn’t showed me no apartment as of yet
