I only got a email stating “ Affirmation Interest Notice” basically they asking if I’m still interested in the apartments. That was sent to me last week. Not sure if I’ll be called though. I hope so. Lot # 19XXX.
4/1 I received No Units Available notice: "Although we have reached your log number, according to the information on your application, you do not meet the current guidelines for the remaining available units", only 130% units were left
I live 2 streets over from these apartments. The apartment is right across the street from the PJs. It can get a little rowdy in the summer but overall, it is an okay area. Gates Ave has a strip of PJs. I feel safe as a young woman walking around at night but I have also lived here my entire life so I know the area well. The surrounding streets are primarily brownstones / buildings, and there is a school 1 street overall. My biggest issue is the loud music in the summer / spring from cars or parties.

I got the same email last month . Only 130AMI was left
I was asked if I was still interested in the apartment. I
sent in my reply and that was at the end of March. The
next day I get a email that stated,please upload your
entire life,but not in those words lol. I uploaded the next day but had some errors uploading. I sent them a email about not being able to upload everything,and received a email to bring in all the documents. This was completed in the month of April,at the end of April they said they have received all documents and will start the process. So its a waiting game now,while they process my entire life. Hope this help someone while they wait,yes long comment more like a essay
