Seniors getting apts (Essex: safe, moving, area)

I have been applying for my uncle and aunt for two years and so far only received one doc request. How about you?

My mom was selected for East Clarke Apts in the Bronx. They asked her to send in docs but we turned it down because I didn't think the area was safe enough for her.

Would you mind sharing how long the whole process went? I have been applying for two years and no luck at all.

Was called for 1490 southern blvd submitted all my documents then they ask for more submitted only to get rejected saying they did not receive my document i email back th emails that was sent to them with the attached files and appeal. Was told they sent my appeal with my evidence to management on doing some research on wavecrest management i found out that i am not th only one that happened to.still have not receieved a reply an i dont think i will because reading the reviews some says that they never reply back an wavecrest managemnt team is the worse.

I was ask to send docs to wavecrest for 1490 southern blvdi sent all my docs an also the ones that was requested again got confirmation say they receive my docs on ly to get a rejection letter saying they did not receive i appeal an sent back the exact emails with the attach file an document ,call an they said sent it to the appeal department.on doing some searching on the wavecrest agency i found out other persons had the same problem and when they appeal no on got back to them

I finally won my first apt it was a long journey,rejected, appealed and months of sending docs and the anxiety i will be moving in next week,praising god .its a studio at 1490 southern blvd very nice.
