Wow congrats! You are hitting a bunch of good ones!
LOL yes! Every lottery I've applied too on the new HC has reached out - I've submitted my documents to all. I'm just now waiting to see if anyone reaches back to confirm my eligibility :/ - Hate the waiting game.

This lottery really bothered me when I saw it come up. The description is slimy at best, and downright dishonest at worst. The project is not in the "heart of LIC" but rather on the extreme eastern edge of LIC if not actually in Astoria. Bordering on the rail yard at that. And the ad makes it sound like it's right on top of QB Plaza, when it's a couple of subway stops away.
I wouldn't trust these developers or marketing agents to be upfront about anything, not to mention the fact that it costs $2400/month for a 1 bedroom place that overlooks Sunnyside Yards and Northern Blvd. 2400 may be below market rate for LIC proper, but it is definitely above market rate for the area where it is actually located.
Of course I get contacted today to submit documents for this lottery I hate which is $400/month more than what I pay now for a 1 bedroom, within walking distance of the lottery building. (I withdrew my application.)
Edited to add: There was no log number on either email sent to be by housingconnect or by the marketing agent.
Hey! Was just contacted today for this lottery- I know the location is not to great but anyone view an apartment yet? Seems like a good floor plan, amenities and some units have balcony.
I was contacted to submit documents too! I'm going to submit but I'm not in love with the location of this place. It's definitely not LIC more like Astoria.

I agree! The finishes are nice but the location, ehh.
