I submitted my docs at the beginning of January and my log # is 5XX. :/ I don't feel too hopeful at this point. Good luck with your housing hunt!

back in december, i received notification to submit paperwork by jan 4, 2024. my partner and i submitted all required docs but we haven't heard anything. does anyone know if the units are already backfilled? thank you!! log 1xx.

Does anyone know how long it could take to have an appeal reviewed to get on the waitlist for 1 Boerum? (Appeal b/c documents were not originally submitted on time)
And if you get on the waitlist currently. Are there still units available?
Update for those who are unaware. This is a waitlist, and initially, I think they only had 2x 1Bedrooms and x1 Studios available that were taken. It seems like they will only show units when they become available near your log number.
To give you a sense of where this process is, A studio is just now opening up, and I got called for a viewing today.
