Got an email… any thoughts about this building and the surrounding area. Has anyone moved in? I used to live in this neighborhood a decade ago but I imagine it’s changed.

The tiers for the 100% and 150% AMI have some overlap. Does anyone know how they decide for people who fall into both?

Probably availability the higher income has more apartments and possibly lower numbers
