I walked by in late June and its was still in the early phases (no window up yet). Its been a month so maybe they have made some significant progress. Good luck!

I happened to be in the neighborhood today. The building is definitely still under construction but I asked one of the workers about progress and he mentioned they're trying to start renting it next month. Windows were up, but a lot of construction taking place (everything looked unfinished from the outside including the lobby and garage area).
