The log numbers for "J&J Tower - Units Still Available" were posted today. My log number is 20XX. 8 units available (2 Studios & six 2 Bedrooms). Very nice looking building. Apartments seem decent too. Unfortunately no pets allowed besides exceptions (confirmed with management).

I applied J&J lottery phase I on the old HC website: https://a806-housingconnect.nyc.gov/...entPdf/660.pdf. It was in January 2019, my log was #76xx, I was contacted in July 2020 to submit documents but I never moved forward. It looks like a nice new building, the price is decent too, they seem to offer cheaper than the first lottery though both required 130% AMI.

Wow nice! Yeah the price looks reasonable for what you're getting.

The area is not bad too, easy public transportation, Q60 from Midtown East is all the way to this area.

Nice. Gotta love the convenience.

Building also has an elevator even though it's not listed in the amenities. Confirmed with management. And tours will happen once log number is reached.

The building is great & if you don't have any pet, this should be ideal. Will you take it if you get contacted & selected? I wish you good luck!

Thanks, but if pets were allowed I would definitely tour and consider taking it. So given the circumstances I wouldn't. So may withdraw now that they let me know.

Aha, very unfortunate but yeah, pet friendly is one of the requirements for me too. I moved out from my apartment in Sunnyside a few years ago because my apartment was not pet friendly when I decided to have a cat. Now, I have two cats & the Summit is gladly taking them in with me
