Looks very nice and has 1 month free rent, and it is right next to the city (though apparently transportation options are lacking)--but this is very expensive. And amenities could be better as well for these prices. May just withdraw from this.
lol I didn't even apply because of the rent and location. Thought it was too high. Also not super close to the subway.
