I was emailed to send my documents to Wavecrest MGMT since my Log# was reached. I submitted my documents way before the deadline on 8/8/21. Didn't hear anything from them for a month. I reached out via email to get the status on my application only to be told I was put on a waiting list and that I should be receiving a letter via email with more details and explaining this decision.

Today is 9/13 and I have not received a letter and so again I reached out. Only to be told that they send out waiting list letters when the bldg.is fully occupied/rented.

It's upsetting that we as applicants have to provide documents before a deadline but they can't seem to send out a letter as soon as application is completed. I have dealt with a couple of lotteries already that are quick to send notification during the application process. If I would not have reached out the first time I would not have known I was put on a waiting list.
