I find that this always happens!

And no thanks. The building is too old. Expect the occasional water leak, waterbug, mouse and roach.

I toured last month my log was 11XX and I applied in October 2021 it's an old building and a block from times square so not really the best area in the immediate vicinity. A lot of homeless outside within a block. All the studios were on the 16th floor. The building has two parts one 65+ community and the other market rate mixed with lottery units which are four floors and with 2 washers and dryers for all units. Good closet space and some of the units had been updated slightly but for the most part not really. There is security for the nursing home side but you are not allowed to use that entrance. There is a separate entrance for these apartments and it has a lock but no separate package room and everything is right in the lobby and visible which is just a bunch of mailboxes and the elevator. Two of the units had balconies with a good view but the apartments themselves were small but not the worst ive seen. It would be tight with a queen bed though and a couch and entertainment center. especially if you need a desk or have an extra wardrobe.

Default Has anyone moved in here?

Hi All,

My husband and I toured this building in the summer and I know most people on here don't love it but the location for me is a dream come true - my job is walking distance and compared to where we are it is a palace. We have applied to a lot of other lotteries but this would just be great. Wondering if anybody on here has taken an apartment. We are "under review" so hoping praying to hear something soon xoxox
