I just got requested documents for this building, log number 20XX.

I submitted my documents immediately. Anyone have details on how long it took to process their documents, or what units are left at this point? I see so many people on this forum hated this building but it'd be a big step up from my 3br apartment with leaking windows and roof, and floors that have spots where the wood is unstable, and are so crooked things roll away if you set them down.

Can't speak for the building but I've lived a few blocks down the avenue for years and love the area. Yes, there's no real neighborhood on that side of eighth but Hell's Kitchen is just the other side and it's got everything you could need or want.

Yup I've been in hells kitchen for 3+ years and spent time there for 5+. These apts may be old and not up to par with other housing lottery buildings, but if they've got balconies, thru wall ACs, and laundry in building, and they're rent stabilized, that's way better than anything else youd score in the neighborhood for the same price. That's why I'm wondering which ones are left and how long it takes to process documents and if anyone's had any luck!
