What happens if you’re not on someone’s Lease? I am in my early 20s and last year I started working a federal job. My mom feared her rent going up and took me off of the lease. I still live there, but I am not on the lease How would this affect me in the process? I received a email to bring in all of my documentation but I don’t know what to bring, giving my situation.

Your mom will have to write a letter saying that you live with her and that you pay X amount of rent a month. (If you pay zero, that's okay to say.) She will also have to indicate how much she pays for gas and electric. She will also have to include a copy of her lease.

This letter will have to be notarized.

Thank you so much! Also, when I applied to the job? I was working for USPS but had to resign (March 2021), I collected unemployment from March until when it ended in September. Now i’m starting to work again as a Traffic Enforcement Agent (starting salary 41,000), I put that I made 35,000 a year. Does this matter?

It really doesn't matter what you put on the application. What matters most is your current salary. That is why you will be handing in your six most-recent pay stubs and your banking statements.

The best advice I can give you is to download the Marketing Handbook and at least skim it. The more you know about the process, the more successful you will be. Good luck!
