Good luck! I checked out the floorplans, all units seemed to be having balconies which is nice! I also like the interiors & those floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment so bright & cool. By looking at the position of the building, I hope these units have good views too.

Thanks. Yeah every time I'm about to withdraw I'm just so intrigued by the design choices they made here. Prob at least worth a tour.

Hey Nomad, I’m in the low 200s too and also got contacted this afternoon! It’s a small building so idk what our odds really are. Do you know anything about the area? I’m in bx right now and I’ve never been down to that area.

Congrats! I'm in the Bronx too. I've been to Flatbush but I don't know much about the area so I can't really say. I just know a lot of Brooklyn ain't what it used to be with all the gentrification going on over there.

Are you considering this building? I'm still on the fence and may end up not proceeding, but I will say the odds are probably good. 130% AMI is usually a bracket where units don't instantly disappear.

We'll see. I'll submit docs and see what happens. I want to get to know the area and see what the commute would be link. I'll wait to hopefully see a unit in-person and make a decision then. At least this will give me more time to decide.

Update: I submitted my docs on 10/25 and was contacted today to tour a unit. I as given a time slot this evening or tomorrow evening neither of which I can do as its so last minute. So much for giving me more time to decide, I haven’t even been to the neighborhood yet. It seems they’re in a rush though. I’m going to ask about viewing next week.

It was interesting because in my understanding that they process your app and then once you’re approved they let you tour a unit as like the last step. In the email asking me to schedule a showing it closed with “we look forward to reviewing your application” so idk what this even means.

What did you decide to do Nomad?

Wow at least they're moving fast! I was adding documents, but withdrew last minute as I'm getting a lot of requests out of nowhere. It looks great so I highly recommend you take the tour and then make your decision afterwards.

I was going to submit the docs so I could tour as well as the layout is too interesting to ignore. Keep in mind I think most if not all of the units come with a balcony, which is not really common in these lotteries.

I also submitted documents for this one but my log is 10XX so I assume I won't be contacted to view units till they get to my log. I've dealt with Reside a few times now and then they tend to ask for docs in batches, so usually after submitting docs, you'll view the unit then decide if you want the unit. The rest of the process will be to fill out the TIC forms and move on to HPD approval. Honestly, I don't think it's wise to push til next week because I've been to two showings with them where multiple people were with me at the showing and they could choose to move forward before you so if you really want to move forward I would just schedule to view this week.

Hi, Do you mind telling me around what log number you are. I got an email that I was eligible on 10/15 with a log number 11xx and submitted my Documents. Now I'm just waiting. Thanks
