The building has an interesting design! I’ll be bowing out since it’s right next to a fire station and I’m super sensitive to noise

The duplexes in this building are awesome but they’re 3 bedroom and market rate only apparently. Definitely one of the more interesting building designs if anything. May withdraw though.

Lotteries like 5 Pointz are higher priority and they should be contacting me literally right now but I think they’re running behind. I hate this lottery stuff lol.

Log #10XX. The photos on streeteasy don't look as nice as the Nooklyn ones on Housing Connect.

Yeah I know bro I saw them just like you did. But I would prefer the actual delegated units tour via log number so I can make my final decision and put it behind me if needed. The apartments at 1407 Flat seem better than 5 Pointz as well (would've been perfect if 1407 Flat had in-unit W/D though smh, that's my only complaint). Can't wait until this is all over.
