At my location 1117 Eastern Parkway Brooklyn NY 11233, they don't help at all. They don't even come out and talk to you, only take your name and number and do not call back. Ive had enough because I applied since last year July and still cannot get my transfer.

Ive had enough because I applied since last year July and still cannot get my transfer. Last year they told me to go find a job even though I tell them I'm in school, my 3 children are home, and its during pandemic. My husband had income working part time and they still had problems with that saying it not good enough.

HRA oversees the Homebase agencies. Their infoline is 718-557-1399.

It looks like your specific office is operated by CAMBA. Their main number is 718-287-2600.

You're probably going to have be a little pushy, either way.

Sorry you're going through this.

Yes I called HRA and they are saying they cannot do anything until homebase submits my application...and that i should reach out to them and asks them whats going on.. but as usual no answer. I will try calling CAMBA, thank you very much.
