I was recently requested to submit documents for the Urban. I'm not sure if it's for a studio or 1bdrm because I qualified for both. I feel like I applied to this a year ago. Did anyone else get a request to submit paperwork? My log # was 5XX.

Yep, I did twice a week ago for two different studios - these are re-rentals/remaining apartments, I don't think I ever applied to this. My log for one is 1x and the other 4x

Also, with re-rentals if you go to Housing Connect and click on the listing in My Applications, it should say the type of apartment.

I viewed two apartments in this building. For the amount of money they are asking for a 2 bedroom I will pass. The rooms are shoe boxes. I do not see any healthy food choices in this neighborhood nor do I see a supermarket that has a variety of products. I see mostly asian supermarts.. The roof top is small. Not nice enough the money you are paying. AND multiple log numbers are called to view the apt. In the past when your log number comes up you view; you sign lease and packet is sent for completion. Now its well "several log numbers in front of you so we will be in contact" Really? Re rentals. Iafford can go scratch!
