The approval took 3days, maybe even 2days, then they scheduled me to look at the apartment the next day. I signed the lease the same day. Everything was quick. That management company moves fast once your approved.

I actually Applied via paper application, and yes through housing connect. The development was on housing connect as “seaview” but it wasn’t this building specifically. Basically when you apply they put you in select buildings based off income, house hold size, the type of apartment you approved for, etc. They are actually filling up 2-3 different buildings so it’s like your applying to Seaview but you don’t know which building you moving in until your approved and they show u the place.

Congratulations to you. I submitted the documents and I saw the 2 bedrooms apartments for 60% Ami. It looks too small! isn't it? If you know how big is it let us know. Thanks
