Have a great viewing. Remember, you can move if you don’t like it. And you can keep entering housing lotteries too. How long a lease do they ask you to sign? Can you sign for just a year?

So I seen the apartment I hate the open kitchen concept that goes into the living room the kitchen appliances are white which is like really y’all could’ve gave black or even stainless steel both bathrooms were huge not enough closet space 1 in each room and 1 in the hallway there should’ve been two at least in the hallway we all need a linen closet with cosmetics over all for the rent that they wanted me to pay I turned down cause I feel As If I’m going to be paying 1900 it’s going have to be worth it but good luck to everybody moving in or already moved in

They really wanted you to pay $1900 for an apartment in Brownsville the most violent, crime ridden neighborhood in all of NYC? I would turn it down too, that’s insane
I was approved and saw the 1 bedroom apartment today. I’m going to turn it down the apartment don’t really look worth the rent.
