Hi all! First off, I've been a lurker for quite some time now and wanted to start by saying thank you to everyone who contributes to this forum.

I know a similar question was asked a few weeks ago (but not quite this one), but does anyone know of any potential Queens lotteries opening up in the future? For example, I know Gotham Point South and Sven in LIC are expected to open up within the next few months. I just want to get an idea of what my options may look like for the future. I've found YIMBY (https://newyorkyimby.com/) to be really helpful in terms of news, but wondering if there are other sources. Thanks in advance!

iAfford sometimes shows some upcoming lotteries on their website but there's no real timeline on when they will be available. Reside New York's website hasn't been updated in years so all of the lotteries listed say "upcoming" but it shows a pretty comprehensive list of what was out there so if you want to look up a re-rental they might have it listed.

But basically there's no way to see what's coming and YIMBY and the other sites who write on the lotteries are just listing what is already on the site so better to just check the site each week.

These aren't Lottery apartments but, often times use the same criteria as far as AMI and the like.
