New on HC- Units still available at The Lois! The building looks nice! Over 50 units available, which is surprising as the building looks great. Anyone with insight about the neighborhood? Good Luck to anyone interested.https://housingconnect.nyc.gov/PublicWeb/details/2388

It's not the most attractive block there. There will also be major construction going on across the street for a of this supportive housing project - https://www.6sqft.com/flatbush-clark...rtive-housing/ I moved from the vicinity earlier this year so I am not sure what the status of the lot there is.

live less than a 5 min walk. The building is nice
. It’s the only building on that side of the block. 310 and 350 Clarkson make up the Lois.
Nostand Avenue is busy and filthy (mostly between bedstuy and the junction) but the SBS 44 is right there to 2/5 Winthrop stop is 2 blocks away.

I live a block away. Very nice building and apartments (You can see thru some people’s windows lol) but the area is dirty. Grocery stores are horrible. It is close to transportation though as noted above.

So ironic--I signed a lease for another apartment yesterday and then this morning was just called for this with log #8x, my lowest log ever. I plan to (begrudgingly) withdraw as I do like the place I found a lot (although it doesn't have laundry like the Lois :,( ). So possibly some good news for those of you aiming for a studio

Log #15XX. This was one of my stretch lotteries I was hoping for with my old income but with my income changing, I no longer qualify so I'll be withdrawing. This is a really nice building though. A friend of mine lived in a 2 bed in the Clark next door and they had a beautiful apartment. Huge bedrooms, nice kitchen, living room, etc. Whoever gets this lottery will be super lucky!
