I submitted documents for this. In the market for the 1BR. It looks really nice, but I'm concerned about how small it is.

Submitted docs for this one too. Yes it seems startlingly small! Maybe 300~ sq ft? It may be too small for my partne & I. Good location, though.

Right? It seemed a bit nuts. Even studio apartments I've seen listed are usually more than 500 sq ft. I have a tough time picturing it.

Default Saw apartment

I was shown this apartment this week. It's small but its not too bad if you don't have a ton of stuff. My only gripe is the lack of elevator in this style of building, and the realtor did not show me a rec room, even though the listing says there is one.
