Hey did anyone get invited to see the 1 bedroom available? I believe there's 6H and 8H. I was just requested to submit documents. I actually like this one. but my lottery number is a bit high 9XX. I don't want to have my hopes up.

I saw the one bedroom a lil small but it's nice the building is nice and it has in unit washer dryer and a door man amenties and indoor parking...but if u don't have a car it will be a problem traveling

Yeah I notice its a 9 minute walk to the LIRR and like 4 bus stops away from the train. I haven't seen the 1bdrm yet. How big would you say was the bedroom? Does it just fit a queen sized bed?

Yea it will fit a queen size but not much room after that but the neighborhood is nice the building is nice and it has its own parking lot inside the building it's a nice a apartment and alot of the apartments have huge balconies

It's nice but due to the location I decided not to Pursue its too far from the job in nyc I work at but the location is nice its in flushing queens but I would need to take 2 trains a bus and I don't want to do that everyday...but the apartments are nice and building is nice
