A highly desirable Manhattan location across the street from a large playground and park which reached to the next street. Building is large with hundreds of market rate units, and amenities. One block from Lincoln Ctr, one block to Hudson Riverside Park South. Under ten min walk to Subway. Up/Downtown bus on W.E. Ave. X-town bus one block. All of the above suggest a low attrition rate compared to other lotteries.

From Nov 2021. I don’t know if recent AMI adjustments have effected anything, as it is possible all units were taken before the adjustments.
“At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five studios with a monthly rent of $2,135 for incomes ranging from $73,200 to $124,150; 19 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,485 for incomes ranging from $85,200 to $139,620; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,760 for incomes ranging from $94,629 to $167,570.”

Hey everyone-- I saw the unit. Unfortunetly, it wasn't one of the renovated units but still in good condition. Additonally, the management company that is handling the lottery assigned all the units out so I wasn't able to pick and choose a unit as I have done in the past. Good thing is that the unit is very spacious. Good size bedroom, big living room, and huge walk-in closet with 2 other closets in hallway/living room area. Wanted to provide you all with an update

Hello Everyone,

I applied for 101 West end ave November 2021 and I have CB preference.

No log number posted.

Why is that?

I didn't even get a log number?

Me and my two young kids need this one!
