Hey Everyone!,

What is the role of the project manager during the application review process? Are they the next step after IAfford reviews an application?

The project manager supervises or coordinates the work of the people who process your file.

Ohhh ok I see. My applications were sent to the project manager today. I’m super nervous. Also, do you know how long the process takes from being under review to signing a lease? I’m trying to create a spreadsheet with different timelines lol

I read the HPD market Handbook and it states 3-5 business days. Yet it varies lottery project to lottery project. It depends on it your building is still under construction because Some Marketing Agents will start the first batch of screening applicants early. I was told by a project manager recently it take 2 weeks for HPD to respond. So it can vary depending on your case. Give it two weeks and email your Marketing Agent the status of your application.

The project manager is the tittle of the person at HPD reviews your documents and aaproves your file. It should take more than 5 business days… good luck
