I thought that too until I finally got a Log# of 9XX for a building with only a small amount units and I have no CB pref so honestly I highly doubt it's going to be any use

Where do you guys see your preferences at (if it's listed)? I actually live within the area, zipcode: 11692. So I thought I would have CB preference but is that not how it works?

Consult the map at link. Building seems to be Queens CB 14.

I don’t know how zip codes conform to CB. I would guess there could be zip codes split over CBs. Of course, your application address needs to be in the CB.

For preferences, see section just above the table with units, AMI, etc. This lottery has CB pref but not all lotteries have it.

Good luck and good patience.
