I got picked for via 57 and 555 tenth both are re-rental ultra luxury buildings I believe both buildings are in or close to the Hudson yards in manhattan... I sent my documents to both buildings but I want via 57 because the google reviews are better
I was called for both buildings also. But that was last month. I rejected 555 because it was for a studio. 555 studios are too small. A studio at 57 is nice though, depending on the layout but I was called for a one bedroom which is very huge. I wish I were called for a studio on the 54 line, though - those alcove studios are huge and gorgeous and you get to pay studio prices.
If you don’t mind my asking, what line were you called for? Is it a one, two bedroom or a studio?

Either way, Good luck!
I thought u just moved into a lottery apartment already
The building is gorgeous but the studios are too small. I don’t like studios in new luxury buildings. They are very small. The only exception is at VIA. The best studios I’ve seen are at KB25 and a building in Harlem that had a loft with an upstairs (yet it was called a studio).
