I was called for both buildings also. But that was last month. I rejected 555 because it was for a studio. 555 studios are too small. A studio at 57 is nice though, depending on the layout but I was called for a one bedroom which is very huge. I wish I were called for a studio on the 54 line, though - those alcove studios are huge and gorgeous and you get to pay studio prices.

If you don’t mind my asking, what line were you called for? Is it a one, two bedroom or a studio?

Either way, Good luck!

How do you guys get called for so many options? I see the same names on here constantly chosen for very good buildings. What's the secret?

A higher ami...those who are in the 130%+ ami's have a better chance. Unfortunately, that's how the system works.

The building is gorgeous but the studios are too small. I don’t like studios in new luxury buildings. They are very small. The only exception is at VIA. The best studios I’ve seen are at KB25 and a building in Harlem that had a loft with an upstairs (yet it was called a studio).
