This building is millennial/Gen Z heaven - you might feel really old if you live here and are over 30, lol.

I have a friend who used to live in the area and tbh she said it wasn't the safest. She also moved out of her apartment that was right around the block. The crime etc wasn't worth the rent she was paying.

The 1 bedroom apartments are only 1000 dollars a month with a doorman and ammenties I bet I'd she was only paying 1000 a month she wouldn't be leaving

i've heard this too. a lot of public housing in the area and pretty high rates of murder/violent crime.

Look it’s really true it’s not in the best stretch of Brooklyn with the hospital, housing, and drug use. Yet this area is also really progressing. So it’s going to change

My friend didn't live in this building she lived near by and her rent was about 2k for a 1 bedroom . Her building was right across the street from the projects. So ya single woman living in a not so safe area paying 2k for rent was not worth it. As I stated her building was around the block from this one.

They are building a lot of luxury apartments in the area. Essentially gentrifying it . In a few more years it could be better.
