So I got accepted to this apartment through HPD my log #was 62 . I went through the whole process and was found eligible. They assigned me a apartment and showed me it and everything all I had to do was sign a lease but now HPD is saying they changed building management and cannot get into contact with leasing manager. I’ve been going through this since November. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any advice?
