Out of curiosity, what is the highest log number you’ve heard of someone having (with no preferences) where they were selected and secured an apartment?

In a high income bracket, like 165%, you can have quite a high number and still get called. Developers are having trouble filling these units. People making this much money tend to have other housing options.

I don't know about successfully getting a unit - but I was called for a building with a log number of 55,012 (I was 30% AMI at the time). I did not get the unit as they said they had "all been filled." I think they were having trouble filling the higher AMI units and calling everyone in to see if there income had increased.

#25,000 ish for an all affordable building. Turned it down for another apartment. I think it was 80% or 100$ AMI, can’t remember.

Wow that’s very interesting. I still don’t understand the whole point of reaching out to people and asking for documentation only to find out that there are no more units. Like, what’s the point!?!?!!?
