What's considered a good log number for a 125% or 160% AMI unit? I've read people saying it's a lot more likely to be called for these income brackets with higher log numbers - san anyone share their log numbers for some units they were called for within these brackets? Or is it still nearly impossible to get units even in these higher brackets?
I was in the 160%s. It took over a year for them to call me. That particular apartment was in Hamilton Heights; it was an interesting old building but had basically zero amenities and wasn't all that cheap. Demand for the building definitely matters. Where I live now I had a sub-1000 number (my best ever) and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have gotten a place if it'd been much higher.
