Hi! Sure. My log number is 3xxx. When we went to the building I the beginning of June, they told us there is no two bedrooms left

Log 15XX. They asked me to come view a 1bdr that’s all they had available.unit 18F a re-rental
Did anyone else get that email?

Well 18F is a market rate two-bedroom in this building. Might want to double check that you read that correctly.

For One Blue Slip, for the main lottery the person showing the apt showed me the F line, then when they say ok sign the docs for HPD approval, they threw the dreaded N line in my face. Total bait and switch lol. N line feels smaller than the R studios there.

Good catch, I honestly thought this thread just had a typo in it because I hadn’t seen the lottery for “bell”

Has anyone toured or have information on the C line studios? Apparently those are the only ones available for 130% AMI.
