I was really hoping for a good log number for this one. It is so close to where I live now and I have v/h preference but with a log number of 12,000 something, I just don’t think my chances are good for this one.

Hi Everyone, I was looking up the area on google and came across the units on apartments.com. They offer the 360 tour of the model units. I'm praying i receive the email to submit docs. I qualify for the studios and 1 bedrooms. As much as i want this i was SHOCKED at how small the studios are :-( You can only fit a bed and that's it. Does anyone know how accurate this is? I know studios are small but these are really small.

I saw that I’m on this list and I wanted to update no CB, 80% AMI shooting for one of the 6 one bedrooms left after CB. Pray I get called bc log number is btwn 1000-1100
