ME preference question

Take the job! I have ME preference and have applied to about 8 lotteries, yet it never got me called. I have only been asked to submit documents for one out of all of those, and that one had no ME preference.

I am not guessing that it works that way. It could well be that preference expire once the building has filled its preferences. But perhaps, if there is a new lottery or mini lottery that would include preferences again.

What would they do if the next ME applicant does not fit the qualifications for the vacant unit?

Take the job. I also have ME preference and have been applying on the new housing connect since it first launched and have yet to be selected to submit documents and have had a log number lower than 1500.
