Kinda dealing with the same issue, i filled out the same documents as you guys and she said she would send my paperwork out (to HPD im guessing) but its been two weeks and hpd said they only take 3-5 days to approve you so im still anxiously waiting as well. I asked for an update and they said that i would have to just wait for someone to reach out to me via mail email or phone call. I wish i knew what was the hold up..
Is she sending your paperwork out to her supervisor for the first review? Or did they literally say They sent it out to HPD?
I had the 5 day notice since December 21st... replied with everything and never here back anything since other than you will be reach out to when we reach your number. Which my number was 9XXX with CB & Municipal pref..

My agent requested docs via email she said it wAs mor convenient than submitting it on HC now my status changed to missed deadline to submit docs and shes no long responding or answering my calls .
