I saw this lottery with less than 100% AMI being posted. It offers 117 units, the amenities seem to be decent & is located in Brooklyn.

that's a fact. ive seen market rate 1-bedroom units in Brownsville for 1,700. not worth it

they are ridiculous with the pricing for this one they not gonna ever fill it or its gonna take a long tiem to fill up lease up building

For the area I agree. I've seen market rate 1 bedrooms on Streeteasy in the area for $1,900 though. Which is laughable
