Curious as to what range of log #'s might be considered good with this many units available. And are all 200 something going to be rented through Housing Connect? I know some other agencies tend to have applications in as well (ie: DV victims through Destiny Housing, homeless families through DHS).
Just walked past it the other day and it looks great! It adds some shade to the opposite side of the street. I feel for the people about to be in direct sunlight lol. I think it's interesting that for "amenities" in the details description they say "public transportation, retail, personal services, schools, hospitals, parks and recreation facilities, and various houses of worship" though. That's more about the neighborhood and less about what the building actually provides.

A majority of the units are for affordable housing since there are 277 total. Which is nice
